The Groove Merchants kicked off Halloween weekend Friday, October 29 at Riverwind Casino with a set full of fun and energetic songs. They played to a packed crowd in the Riverwind Lounge with many audience members getting up to dance along to such numbers as Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" and Rascal Flatt's "Bless the Broken Road."
The couple in the picture above said the music coming from the lounge brought them from gambling floor to get a couple of drinks and be entertained by the Groove Merchants.
Formed in 2001, the Groove Merchants have provided Oklahoma City with some of the best cover music in the metro. This 9-piece horn band has covered music ranging from Michael Jackson to Bob Marley.
